A ten year old spent 2500 pounds Roblox without her mom knowing. 44 year old female named Georgina Munday’s daughter who has autism spent 2500 pounds on Roblox which is a game for kids . Georgina Munday said “my daughter had been starting to play Roblox a lot more as she was let of school recently because she started struggling in mainstream education at school . She originally thought someone had hacked her daughter’s account when she saw the transactions but it soon became clear that her daughter had changed the password to allow purchases. She was horrified to see the hundreds of transactions even though each one was 20 pounds all together it added up to more than 2500 pounds . She went into panic she went back and forth to get the money back she even called not just her bank but Roblox and apple too over this her bank refused at first but after she called BBC about this the bank reconsidered and even added a little more money as a good gesture. She said she cried out of relief as she finally got the money back . At the moment she is not working to take care of her family and tells all parents to stay vigilant and install parental control. She also advices parents to check their kids account . She said she doesn’t like her child playing Roblox now as it almost cost her 2500 pounds. This why we should be vigilant about our kids . She would have been in huge trouble as tuition fee is as big as it is .
