Dhaka, 24 February 2026 — As HerNet Fine Arts inaugurated its much-anticipated art exhibition of 2026 titled “Give to Gain.”The International Recreation Club (IC Club), Gulshan, transformed into a vibrant celebration of art and culture on the evening of 24 February. The exhibition marks yet another milestone in Bangladesh’s growing contemporary art movement, drawing together established masters, emerging artists, cultural patrons, and art enthusiasts under one roof.

Curated by the visionary founder of HerNet Foundation, Alisha Pradhan, the exhibition reflects her enduring commitment to nurturing artistic voices and creating meaningful cultural platforms in Bangladesh. Over the years, Ms. Pradhan has emerged as a dynamic force within the country’s creative landscape. Through her leadership, HerNet Fine Arts has curated more than twelve art exhibitions, facilitated numerous art dialogues, and organized art camps that empower both emerging and established artists.

Her work is widely recognized for its thoughtful curation, global perspective, and deep-rooted respect for Bangladesh’s artistic heritage. With an unwavering dedication to promoting culture as a tool for social connection and international engagement, Ms. Pradhan has consistently built bridges between artists, institutions, and communities. Her initiatives have not only showcased artistic excellence but have also created opportunities for dialogue, collaboration, and cultural exchange.

The exhibition was hosted and managed by Sabyasachi Paul, Head of Strategy and Sustainability at HerNet Foundation, who led the implementation alongside co-curating the exhibition with Ms. Pradhan. His strategic leadership and meticulous coordination ensured a seamless execution, reinforcing HerNet’s commitment to excellence in arts management.

The formal inauguration ceremony took place in the evening and was chaired by the Chairman of HerNet Foundation, Monir Prodhan, who emphasized in his address that art is a powerful vehicle for national identity and cultural continuity.

The Chief Guest of the evening was the legendary artist and Ekushey Padak awardee Rokeya Sultana, who highlighted the importance of sustained platforms like HerNet Fine Arts in nurturing creativity and preserving the artistic soul of Bangladesh.

Among the distinguished speakers, IC Club’s General Manager Mr. Mahmud praised the collaboration as a meaningful step in strengthening cultural engagement within the community.

Director and Board Member of IC Club Guillaume Ragu spoke about the importance of international cultural dialogue and how art serves as a universal language that transcends borders.

The young Director of HerNet Foundation, Rayan Pradhan, expressed optimism about inspiring the next generation to participate actively in Bangladesh’s evolving art scene.

The evening also saw the presence of several notable guests, including renowned artist Shama Shaiom and Indian artist Ms. Menka, whose participation added further international dimension to the occasion. Their attendance reflected the growing regional and cross-border appreciation for Bangladesh’s contemporary art initiatives.

The exhibition features a compelling collection of artworks that range from evocative contemporary expressions to culturally rooted visual narratives. Visitors explored paintings, installations, and mixed media works that collectively celebrate resilience, identity, and imagination. The exhibition will remain open to the public from 24 February to 15 March 2026, welcoming visitors daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM at IC Club, House No. G3, Road No. 83, Gulshan 2, Dhaka.

Adding to its dynamic programming, the exhibition will host a Slam Poetry session on 27 February, curated by Thaahor, promising an evening of powerful spoken word performances that blend poetry with social reflection.

On 7 March, HerNet Fine Arts will organize a Live Art Camp, offering audiences the rare opportunity to witness artists creating works in real time — an interactive celebration of creativity and process.
