Dhaka, April 26, 2025 — Continuing its commitment to promoting arts and culture, the HerNet Foundation and its newly launched wing, HerNet Fine Arts, made special visits to several prestigious art exhibitions currently taking place in Dhaka.
The team visited the mixed media exhibition “An Account of Neo-Timeline” by noted artist Saidul Haque Juise, organized by Kalakendra. The exhibition, inaugurated on April 25, 2025, showcases Juise’s four-decade-long reflections on genocide, human suffering, and socio-political unrest. His powerful use of mixed media, ranging from canvas and wood to bamboo and metal, conveys a poignant narrative of humanity’s struggles and resilience.

Alongside this, the HerNet delegation also attended the first solo exhibition of Pradyut Kumar Das, appreciating the fresh perspectives and vibrant creativity brought forth by the artist. The visit underscored HerNet’s dedication to encouraging emerging artists and new voices in the Bangladeshi art scene.
Additionally, the team explored “Grishmer Rong” — an exhibition organized by Karu Titas, which beautifully captured the colors, spirit, and vibrancy of summer through various artistic expressions.
The Founder of HerNet Foundation, Alisha Pradhan, personally attended the visits, showing keen interest in the evolving contemporary art scene and reaffirming HerNet’s commitment to uplifting artists, promoting cultural dialogue, and supporting creative freedom.

Through these engagements, HerNet Foundation and HerNet Fine Arts continue to build bridges between the world of arts and the broader goals of social empowerment, cultural preservation, and youth engagement.
