A group of unidentified individuals conducted a late-night search at a house in Gulshan, Dhaka, defying security personnel and entering the premises without the presence of law enforcement officers.
The incident took place early Wednesday at a residence on Road 81 in Gulshan-2. Witnesses reported that around 11:30 PM on Tuesday, a crowd of over a hundred people gathered near Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park. Around midnight, they marched towards the house and attempted to gain entry.
Security guards stationed at the house tried to prevent them from entering, but the group forced their way in. They conducted a search for approximately 30 minutes before leaving.
At around 12:30 AM, a police team arrived at the scene, but no official statement has been provided by the authorities regarding the incident. The motive behind the search remains unclear, and the identities of those involved have not yet been confirmed.
