Within a single day, the cost of green chillies has dropped significantly, shifting from Tk 200 to Tk 250 per kilogram. Presently, at the Karwan Bazar wholesale market in the capital, green chillies are being retailed at Tk 400 per kilogram, while in the retail market, the price has surged to Tk 600 per kilogram.
