The filing, submitted on <strong>January 11<\/strong> by PBI Inspector <strong>Syed Sajedur Rahman<\/strong>, was placed before a Dhaka metropolitan magistrate on <strong>Thursday<\/strong>; <strong>Magistrate Md. Sefatullah<\/strong> set a hearing for <strong>January 21<\/strong>, according to complainant counsel <strong>Md. Monir Hossain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five others were also named: Transcom directors <strong>Md. Kamrul Hasan<\/strong>, <strong>Md. Mosaddek<\/strong>, <strong>Abu Yusuf Md. Siddiq<\/strong>, <strong>Md. Samsuzzaman Patwary<\/strong>, and <strong>Mrs. Shahnaz Rahman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the charge sheet, minutes of a purported <strong>June 13, 2020<\/strong> board meeting approved a transfer of <strong>23,600<\/strong> shares: <strong>14,160<\/strong> to Simin Rahman, and <strong>4,720<\/strong> each to her brother <strong>Arshad Waliur Rahman<\/strong> and sister <strong>Shazreh Haque<\/strong>. Investigators allege inconsistencies, including an attendance sheet marking Latifur Rahman \u201con leave\u201d and Arshad\u2019s signature despite his being in Cumilla that day, and say no notice or records of the meeting were produced when requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The filing further claims irregularities at the <strong>Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC)<\/strong>: transfer documents were lodged on <strong>June 13, 2020<\/strong>, the transfer date recorded as <strong>August 17, 2020<\/strong>, but statutory fees were paid later on <strong>September 2, 2020<\/strong>; neither donor nor recipients were present at submission, allegedly contravening <strong>Companies Act 1994, Section 38<\/strong>, with only an advocate appearing. Investigators also cite reports from the Postal Department and the Dhaka District Commissioner indicating two affidavits used in the process bore <strong>2023-issued<\/strong> stamps that were allegedly supplied as if in <strong>March 2020<\/strong>, with the vendor\u2019s license reportedly canceled in <strong>December 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dispute dates back to a <strong>February 22, 2024<\/strong> Gulshan Police Station case filed by <strong>Shazreh Haque<\/strong>, accusing her sister and others of fraud tied to intra-family share allocations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lawyers for the accused were not immediately cited with a response in the filing.
