Abubakar Sarker<\/strong>, has asked authorities to take legal action against independent candidate <strong>Barrister Rumin Farhana<\/strong>, accusing her of violating the election code of conduct and of instigating a \u201cmob\u201d that obstructed a magistrate\u2019s duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a letter sent Saturday to the <strong>Election Inquiry &amp; Judicial Committee<\/strong> and <strong>Senior Civil Judge Ashraful Islam<\/strong>, the official alleged that Farhana organized a large rally under a marquee in <strong>Islamabad village, Sarail<\/strong>, breaching campaign rules. The gathering was dispersed on the spot; a mobile court led by Executive Magistrate <strong>Shahriya Hasan Khan<\/strong> fined <strong>Juel Mia<\/strong> Tk 40,000. The letter further claims Farhana made a threatening hand gesture toward the magistrate and, along with supporters including Juel Mia, acted aggressively\u2014amounting to creating a \u201cmob,\u201d issuing threats, and hindering judicial work. A link to a circulating video clip was cited in the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking Sunday at a views exchange in <strong>Kalikaicha, Sarail<\/strong>, Farhana urged the administration, police, election commission and government to remain neutral, warning\u2014by invoking <strong>5 August<\/strong>\u2014that a repeat of that day\u2019s unrest could occur anywhere if neutrality is absent.
